等离子体协同催化脱除NOx的影响因素

摘    要:采用铜氧化物催化剂与低温等离子体协同的方法,以脱除汽车尾气中NOx为目的,研究了NO气体初始浓度、空速、催化剂装填量,以及等离子体反应器输入电压对NO脱除率的影响规律。研究发现NO脱除率随气体初始浓度和空速增加先升高再降低,存在最大峰值;在等离子体协同作用下催化剂装填量对NO脱除率影响顺序为:反应器装满催化剂〉反应器装满塑料球〉反应器部分装填催化剂〉未装填催化剂;随输入电压增大NO脱除率增加;催化剂不仅具有催化和存储性能,而且还具有阻挡放电介质的功能。在本研究中当NO初始浓度在2.56×10-4左右、反应器装满催化剂、空速10.2s-1左右时,NOx获得最大脱除率。

The influencing factors of NO_x Removal by Non-thermal Plasma Assisted with Copper Oxide Catalyst

Abstract:The Non-temperature plasma assisted with copper catalysts as an effective way to remove NOx from exhaust gas of car in this paper,study on the gas concentration of NO,gas space velocity,catalyst volume,and the input voltage of plasma reactor on the impact of NO removal ratio.The results show that the NO removal ratio increases firstly and then decreases when the initial concentration and space velocity of the input gas increased,there is a maximum peak;the effects of catalyst volume on NO removal ratio are as follows: the reactor filled with catalysts the reactor filled with plastic beads the reactor filled with catalysts partially no catalysts;the NO removal ratio improves with the input voltage increased.The catalysts not only have the function of catalysis,adsorption and storage,but also make full use of dielectric barrier discharge.In this experiment,the best initial concentration of NO is about 2.56×10-4,the reactor filled with catalyst,the best space velocity is about 10.2 s-1,and the NOx removal ratio is the highest.
