| 摘 要： | 调研了我国石化企业大型工艺压缩机失效破坏现象,在相关数据的基础上,分析了压缩机关键部件的故障模式与故障原因,归纳了压缩机失效破坏现象的共性问题,提出了极端条件和复杂工况下工艺压缩机可靠长周期运行的对策与建议,对共性关键技术的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Based on the surveys of failures of large process compressors in petrochemical plants,the failure mode and the failure cause of the critical components of compressors were analyzed and the general problems existed in process compressors were represented.Then the countermeasures of long-term operation of compressor under extreme and complex conditions were pointed out.Lastly,the prospects of key and common technologies of process compressors need to further develop were presented. |
