摘    要:介绍了LNG接收站试运投产中高压泵冷却前的准备工作及具体要求,研究了冷却温度、加注液位、加注速度与时间之间的关系,总结出加注速度的具体计算公式,并得出冷却过程中3个重要的结论,研究成果对新建LNG接收站关键设备的冷却及投用具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。

Abstract:The preparation work and specific requirements before cooling down the high pressure pump in the commissioning of LNG receiving terminal was introduced,the relationship among the temperature of cooling,filling level,filling speed and time was studied,then the specific calculation formula of filling speed was summarized,and the three important conclusion in the cooling process was obtained.The research results have the certain reference value for cooling down and using of key equipments in new LNG project.
