| 摘 要： | 根据实验和实例数据，探讨了二次离子质谱或激光离子探针质谱在分析数据解析须掌握的基本方法。评价了在煤样分析时对仪器及其质量分辨率的基本要求。提出了一套适用于煤表面分析的二次离子质谱数据解析的基本方法，该方法消除了有机离子干扰，能进行精确质量对比以及同位素丰度比检验。

| Abstract: | Based on experiments and the data analysis, the basic method for analyzing SIMS or LIPMS data was discussed. And the requirements for choosing instrument and its mass resolution in coal analysis were evaluated. A new method suitable for analyzing SIMS of coal was put forward. It can prevent the interpretation from being disturbed by organic ions, and can carry out the mass comparison and abundance test of isotopes. |
