季铵类表面活性剂对苎麻阳离子化的改性研究

摘    要:采用季铵类表面活性剂1227、1631、1831对碱变性的苎麻进行阳离子化改性,提高了苎麻纤维的断裂强力、断裂伸长、断裂功等物理性能及染色性能,其中1631改性效果最好.苎麻纤维改性后纤维强力损失少,手感柔软,可开发针织产品.

Abstract:Tertiary ammonium surfactants 1227,1631 and 1831 were used to modify the alkali denatured ramie in order to improve the physical properties(tensile strength,elongation at break and break work),as well as the dyeing properties.1631 gave quite good modification effect.The ramie fibers had lowered strength loss and soft hand-feel after the modification.Knit products may be developed from them.
