电动汽车用5GNFG150镉镍碱性蓄电池组的研制

摘    要:介绍了我厂研制电动汽车用5GNFG150镉镍碱性蓄电池组的概况。通过提高烧结镍电极和涂膏镉电极的质量比容量(分别提高了35%和27%),并采用穿壁联接结构(联接良好,操作简单),使研制的5GNFG150电池组达到了额定容量150Ah,标称电压6V,质量比能量50Wh/kg以上的技术指标要求。对5GNFG150电池组进行了几项性能测试:(1)模拟电动汽车放电试验(350A放电30s,转50A放电0.5h,共进行了5个循环);(2)不同电流放电试验:30A、50A、75A、100A、130A,放电容量分别为164.5Ah、144.9Ah、147.6Ah、146.9Ah、140.5Ah;(3)恒压限流充电试验:恒压7.25V/组限流60A充电8h,可充入85%的额定容量;(4)循环寿命试验;(5)装车运行试验。结果表明:5GNFG150电池组配套的电动汽车启动、爬坡加速性能优异,可爬20%坡度,一次充电可行驶100km以上,最高车速可达90km/h,整车性能达到了技术指标要求。

Abstract:The development of Ni Cd battery 5GNFG150 for use in EV is introduced. With the specific capacity of the sintered Ni electrode and pasted Cd electrode increa sing by 35% and 27% respectively as well as the partition connecting method adopted, which is reliable and convenient, the battery 5GNFG150 has reached the performance indexes of nominal capacity 150Ah, nominal voltage 6V, and energy density 50Wh/kg. The performance tests have been carried out as follows: (1) analogue EV discharging at a current of 350A for 30s followed by 50A for 0.5h, 5 cycles have been performed; (2) discharging at 30, 50, 75, 100 and 130A, the corresponding capacity of 164.5, 144.9, 147.6, 146.9 and 140.5Ah are offered; (3) charging at constant voltage of 7.25 V and limit current of 60A for 8h, 85% of norminal capacity can be recharged;(4) cycle life testing; (5) demonstrating on board. The test results indicate that the EV equipped with the 5GNFG150 has excellent performances in starting and climbing acceleration (a slope of 20%), its cruising range for one charge is 100km at least, the highest speed is 90km/h. The overall performances of the EV meet the specified technical indexes.
