以学科为依托 提升我省高校师资队伍建设水平

近年来我省大力实施科教兴省战略,坚持大力发展高等教育的方针,高度重视学科建设,牢固树立“队伍建设服务学科建设、学科建设促进队伍建设”的思想,以学科带头人建设为核心,创新师资培养模式,改善和优化师资队伍结构,努力提升我省高校师资队伍建设水平。

A Study on the Training of Teaching Faculty in Universities Based on the Building of Disciplines

Based on the strategy of rejuvenating Zhejiang province by way of science and education, this paper emphasizes the need to uphold the development of higher education and attaches great importance to the building of disciplines. As we know, the construction of the teaching faculty contributes greatly to the development of disciplines, while in turn the building of disciplines helps promote the training of scientific personnel. In order to improve and optimize the faculty formation, new ways to faculty training have to be explored, for which could further upgrade the educational level of colleges and universities in our province.
