储粮通风降水系统节能技术

摘    要:本文对国内外粮食通风降水技术作了介绍.理论与实践表明,应用自然空气特别是采用轴流风机等措施对含水量为16~18%的玉米、稻谷进行通风降水,能达到安全水份储藏标准,且品质良好.能节省能源、降低成本,具有显著的经济效益.在阴雨天气或梅雨季节,可使用加热器,提高粮温5~10℃或更高一些,有利于粮食水分汽化而迅速降水

Abstract:The worldwide ventilation technology for reducing the moisture content of grain was described in the paper. Both the theory and the practice showed that the ventilation by means of natural air,esp. by axial-flow blower , for maize and paddy at 16-18% moisture content could reduce their moisture content to the safe storage standard,the quality being unharmed. This technology could save energy, reduce cost and achieve remarkable economical benefits. In the overcast and rainy days or in the season of plum rains,anb electric heator could be utilized for the same purpose.
