基于CAN总线的智能压力变送器

摘    要:在传统压力变送器的基础上,研制了一款基于CAN总线的智能压力变送器。该压力变送器以低功耗的16位嵌入式微处理器MSP430F157为核心,采用硅压阻式压力传感器。传感器输出微小电压信号经放大调理后送入到微处理器内部12位A/D测量。CAN总线控制器MCP2510和收发器MCP2551构成CAN总线接口模块,通过SPI总线实现与微处理器的通信。经压力测量和CAN总线通信功能测试表明,该智能压力变送器测量精度高,通信稳定可靠,灵活性好,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:On the basis of the traditional pressure transmitter,an intelligent pressure transmitter was presented based on CAN bus and low power core controller MSP430F157.The tiny voltage signal output of the silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor was adjusted and then went into the MSP430F157 internal 12 bit A/D converter.The CAN bus interface module,composed of the CAN bus controller MCP2510 and CAN bus transceiver MCP2551,communicates with the microprocessor through the SPI bus.The test for pressure measurement and CAN bus communication shows that this intelligent pressure transmitter has characteristics of high measurement accuracy,stable and reliable communication function and decent flexibility.The technology and methods adopted in the system are of certain practical value.
