挖装机液压控制系统优化设计

摘    要:根据挖装机的性能要求,分析了节流控制,负载敏感控制和LUDV控制三种阀控方式,得出LUDV控制更适合挖装机。液压泵选择LRCS控制,泵和阀联合控制使挖装机更为高效、节能,操作性能也得到改善。

Abstract:Based on the performance requirements of tunnel loading machine,throttle control,load sensing control and LUDV control these three valve control methods are analyzed,the result is that LUDV control is more suitable for tunnel loading machine,LRCS control is chose for hydraulic pump,the combination of valve control and pump control makes the tunnel loading machine more effective,energy-saving,the operability is also improved.
