基于Simulink的玻璃粉末压机液压缸设计分析

摘    要:在玻璃粉末压机液压控制系设计时,为实现液压缸结构及工作参数的合理配置,使液压缸的工作性能达到系统的要求,该文采用Matlab软件中的Simulink模块对液压缸的速度平稳性和位移线性度进行仿真分析,从而确定合理的结构及工作参数,提高液压缸设计的精度和可靠性。

Abstract:To achieve the rationally allocated structure and operating parameters for hydraulic cylinder in the design of hydraulic control system of glass powder press,the speed stability and displacement linearity is simulated in this paper with Matlab/Simulink to meet the requirements of the system..In this way,the best structure and working parameters will be found and the accuracy and reliability of the hydraulic cylinder will be improved.
