摘    要:随着计算机技术的发展和普及,相关功能板卡、器件和传感器的不断丰富,CAT技术在试验设备开发领域被广泛使用。液压泵是液压系统中的动力源,其性能直接影响整个液压系统的性能。使用工业计算机为主控系统,配合数据采集卡、传感器开发了一套液压泵CAT系统。所开发的系统能够对于齿轮泵、柱塞泵和叶片泵等进行试验测试。系统稳定性好,测试数据可靠,能够准确的测试出液压泵的各项性能参数。

Abstract:With the fast development of computer technology and the popularity,some relevant function cards,devices and sensors are becoming enriched.Computer Aided Test technology has been widely used in the field of developing testing equipment.Hydraulic pump is the power source of hydraulic system,it’s performance affect the whole hydraulic system directly.A hydraulic pump computer aided test system has been developed.In this test system Industrial Personal Computer is the master system,and some data acquisition cards and sensors are used.The testing system is suitable for testing gear pump,piston pump and vane pump and so on.It has stable performance,can acquire data reliably.It can test performance and parameters of pump accurately.
