| 摘 要： | 通过异丙醇铝水解自制氧化铝溶胶,将其用于涤纶织物的抗静电整理,通过正交试验得到较佳的焙烘工艺:160℃,1 min.经氧化铝溶胶整理后的涤纶织物半衰期从大于130 s下降为小于0.5 s.对整理前后的织物进行了性能测试,结果表明:经氧化铝溶胶整理后,织物的透气性、透湿性、撕破强力和断裂强力都稍有下降,手感略微变硬.

| Abstract: | Alumina sol was prepared in the laboratory through the hydrolysis of aluminum isopropoxide and was applied in antistatic finishing of polyester fabric.Based on orthogonal experiment,the optimal baking conditions were obtained as follows: 160 ℃,1 min.After the alumina sol finishing,the half-life period of the polyester fabric decreased from longer than 130 s to less than 0.5 s.The properties of the fabric before and after finishing were measured,and the results showed that the air permeability,moisture permeability,breaking and tearing strength were all slightly decreased and the fabric handle became slightly stiffer after the finishing. |
