冷冻极限除湿空调系统的设计与实践

摘    要:本文介绍了用冷冻除湿方式所能实现的极限低湿空调系统的设计和实践,低成本条件下完成工程项目并满足了电子工厂的低湿生产要求.本文给出了设计参数,空气处理过程,空调系统及水系统的形式,自动控制方式及工程的调试和测试,分析了该低湿条件是冷冻除湿空调系统所能实现的极限低湿环境,并为其他同类工程提供了经验参考.通过了该工程的一年运行,结果符合设计参数,运行正常.

Abstract:The design and practice of low utmost humidity air-condition system was introduced, which is carried out by cooling dehumidification and accomplished the project and satisfied the requirement of low humidity condition which the electron plant is needed. The design parameters, the course of air conditioning, the adjusting and testing of project, was described in this paper, which will afford reference for other similar project.
