食品安全智能追溯技术难点及解决办法

食品安全越来越为人们所关注,如何提高生产工艺,规范行业标准等都将对产品品牌或社会带来积极的影响。安全追溯系统的应用,无论对企业还是社会,都具有重大的意义和价值。而本智能追溯不能仅仅停留在事后的追责,应该将重点放到实时性上,将问题扼杀在摇篮之中,我们设计的理念是防疫胜于治疗。而实时性在技术实现上和管理上存在多个难题,本文就设计过程中的技术难题及解决方案进行讨论。

Food safety intelligent tracing technical difficulties and solutions

Food safety is more and more attention by people,how to improve the production process,standardize the industry standard,etc will bring positive influence on product brand or society. The application of safety traceability system,no matter the enterprise or society,is of great significance and value. But this intelligent trace can＇t just stay on accountability for afterwards,should focus on the real time,will be killed in the bud,we design the idea of epidemic prevention is better than cure. And real-time multiple problem existed in the technical implementation and management,in this paper,the technical difficulties and solutions in the process of design is discussed.
