摘    要:针对复杂电力通信网络系统的系统可靠性问题,本文提出了一种新的基于正态云和模糊Petri网相结合的系统可靠性评估模型。从分析设计阶段、建设实施阶段和运行维护阶段提出了可靠性管理的相关策略,对电力系统通信部门来说,进行通信系统各阶段可靠性管理具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:in view of the complex system reliability problem of electric power communication network systems,this paper proposes a new fuzzy Petri net based on normal cloud and with the combination of system reliability assessment model.Carry out from the analysis and design stage,construction stage and operation maintenance stage put forward the reliability management of related strategy,for power system communication department,the reliability management in different stages of the communication system has the very vital significance.
