基于三明市统计信息共享平台设计与开发

针对当前统计信息要进一步面向党政部门、社会公众开放的要求,本文提出以统计信息数据库技术为核心,以数据挖掘技术和分析处理技术为手段,建立三明市统计信息共享平台,整合统计数据应用系统的核心专业数据,分析并挖掘统计数据隐藏关系,提取实用信息,提升现代统计服务,是统计服务理念的重大革新,是统计数据库系统的再造,是统计信息服务的深刻变革。

The Design and Development of Statistical Information Sharing Platform in Sanming City

To meet the requirement that the current statistical information should further its open to the public and the departments of government and the party, this paper, making the technology of statistical information database as the core, taking the data mining and analysis processing technology as the means, proposes to establish the sharing platform of statistical information in Sanming City to integrate the core of professional data of statistical data application system, to analyze and mine the hidden relationship among statistical data, to obtain useful information, and to promote the modem statistical service. Thus, the establishment of sharing platform will be a major innovation in the concept of statistical service, a reengineering system of statistical database, and a profound change in the service of statistical information.
