摘    要:文章介绍了一种满足电力系统静态安全稳定运行要求的软件设计方法,通过解析电网运行的BPA数据,将原数据进行潮流计算和校验,并分析电网Ⅳ_l校验后出现的线路过流问题,采用内点法对机组出力进行优化调整,最后给出系统安全稳定运行的配置方案。通过实验测试表明,该软件界面友好、使用方便、运行稳定,能准确快速地筛选出故障线路并且给出相应的满足静态安全稳定运行的优化配置,可以有效提高全网安全稳定运行水平,为制定电网的运行方式提供理论依据。

Abstract:This paper presents a software design method meeting the needs of power system static security and stability. The method first analyses BPA data of power system operations, and calculates and verifies the power flow of original data. And then the method analyses the lines overload problems after executing power system N-1 verification, and optimizes the units output based on the Interior Point Method (IPM). Finally, the configuration strategies ensuring stable and secure system operations are given. The tests show that software designed by the method has friendly interface, convenient operations and stable running. The most important is that it can not only accurately and rapidly screen out the fault lines and find out the corresponding optimal configurations that meet the needs of secure and stable operations, but also effectively improve the level of secure and stable grid operations as well as providing a theoretical basis for drawing up power grid operation modes.
