面向智能电网的一体化电网GIS平台规划与建设

摘    要:为进一步提高蒙西电网的智能化程度,内蒙古电力公司规划了涵盖输电、变电、配电、用电、检修和设计等各主要专业的一体化电网GIS平台建设方案,实现了基于统一地图信息、统一电网信息、统一服务平台、高精度定位信息、智能化电力专题信息和实时移动巡检信息的系统运营。文章介绍了电网GIS平台的规划依据、思路和建设成果,以期为其他电网公司GIS平台的规划和建设工作提供参考。

Abstract:To facilite the application of smart grid for the West Inner Mongolia Power Network, Inner Mongolia Power Company has proposed a construction solution for integrated power grid GIS platform, which covers transmission, substation, distribution, utilization, maintenance, design and other rnain steps and achieves system operation with unified power grid information, unified service platform, high-precision positioning information, intelligent special information, and real-time mobile inspection information. This paper introduces the power grid GIS platform planning basis, ideas and the results of construction to provide a reference about grid GIS planning and construction for other power grid companies.
