电力通信终端接入网建设和维护管理模式探讨

Discussion on Construction and Maintenance Management Mode of Electric Power Terminal Communication Access Network

The development of smart power grid has promoted the rising of electric power terminal communication access network construction, meanwhile the new requirements, such as intelligentialize, interaction, multi-service access, and so on, bring new challenges to the construction and maintenance management of electric power terminal communication access network. This paper first introduces the network positioning and business development situations of terminal access network. Secondly, the main problems of terminal access network in network construction management and network operation maintenance and management are analyzed. Besides, a general idea of how to construct efficient and reasonable management mode is proposed. Finally, the division of terminal access network construction and maintenance jobs between various departments is given, the positioning objectives of maintainers are analyzed, and maintenance modes for all kinds of businesses are suggested.
