固体推进剂药柱在振动载荷作用下的结构完整性分析

摘    要:采用有限元法对固体推进剂药柱在不同振动载荷作用下的应力、应变和位移场进行三维线性粘弹性分析,得出了药柱在横向、轴向、横向和轴向耦合3种载荷作用情况下的变形结果,并将结果进行了对比,对比结果显示:载荷耦合作用效果是横向和轴向载荷单独作用效果的叠加.通过数值模拟,为固体火箭发动机的结构可靠性设计提供参考.

Abstract:The finite element method is used to carry out the three-dimensional linear viscoelasticity analysis of stress, strain and displacement field for solid propellant grains under different vibration overloads, so as to obtain the deformation results of propellant grains under axial, transverse and axial-transverse coupling overload, then make a compare between the results, which shows that the effect under coupling overload is equal to the sum of the effect under separate overload. Numerical analysis will be helpful to the design of structure reliability.
