改性煤沥青浸渍增密C/C复合材料的研究

摘    要:为降低C/C复合材料制造成本,采用表面活性剂对煤沥青进行改性.实验结果表明,加入少量表面活性剂后,煤沥青的软化点、黏度等流变性能得到较大幅度的改善,而残炭率变化不大,同时QI含量降低、颗粒变小、渗透率增大.以改性后的煤沥青为浸渍剂对C/C复合材料进行增密处理,经六次浸渍一炭化后,C/C复合材料的密度可达到1.61g/cm^3以上.

Abstract:To decrease the cost of C/C composites, the surfactants are used to improve the impregnation performance of coal tar pitch.The results show that the addition of surfactants contributes significantly to modify the rheological property, penetrability and QI content of coal tar pitch but has little effect on decreasing the carbon yield. Therefore, both the impregnating efficiency and properties of C/C composites can be well improved. The density of C/C composites can reach 1.61 g/cm~3 after six times impregnation-carbonation.
