摘    要:合成了HA/PU复合膜在体外进行了试验评估,用IR、XRD、SEM和ICP等手段对材料组成,降解性和表面形貌进行了分析以及对吸水率和失重率的测定,结果表明,HA/PU膜在浸泡过程中,在去离子水中不但发生了水解,在SBF溶液中还发生了Ca,P的沉积,使得复合膜不但具有一定的降解性,还表现出一定的生物活性,表面出现的多孔,为细胞的培养奠定了基础,在骨修复或替代材料中具有一定的价值.

Abstract:HA/PU composite film were synthesized and evaluated in vitro. The properties of composite film were characterized by means of IR, XRD,SEM and ICP and analyzed degradation and surface appearance of composite film, meanwhile, determined water absorption and weight loss. The results showed that HA/PU composite film was hydrolyzed in de-ionized water and deposited of Ca,P in SBF solution, this kind of phenomenon made clear that composite film had not only degradation but also bio-activity, pores on the surface of composite film were foundation of cell cultivation, the HA/PU composite film possessed much value in bone restore and substitute materials.
