摘    要:通过对40CrMnMo钢石油工具轴心管淬火裂纹形态、材质成分、金相组织进行观察与分析,结果表明奥氏体化温度偏高、淬火油温偏低、冷却时间较长,是造成工件淬火开裂的主要原因,同时原材料中的带状组织也加大了淬火开裂倾向。针对这一现象,文中提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:The quenching crack morphology,chemical composition and microstructure of the 40CrMnMo steel center tube for oil drill tools were observed and analyzed.The results show that the main reasons of quenching crack are upper austenizing temperature,lower temperature of the quenching oil and longer quenching time.At the same time,the banded structure in the raw material increase the tendency of quenching crack.Finally,the countermeasures to quenching crack are put forward.
