涡轮发动机叶片钎焊修复研究

摘    要:主要针对一级、二级镍基高温合金导向叶片的钎焊修复 ,进行了研究 .研究结果表明采用氟化物反应和机械方法可有效去除叶片裂纹处的氧化膜 ;叶片去除氧化膜后 ,采用镶块和预填合金粉相结合的工艺进行补钎 ,修复的叶片具有满意的性能 ,通过了涡轮喷气发动机地面 1 0 0h试车 .

Abstract:Repair brazing of the first and the second stage vanes of nickel base superalloy was studied. It was concluded that the oxide film could be removed from the crack in vanes with fluoride or machining method, properties of the vane repair brazed with block and powder alloy in the crack after cleaning oxide film were satisfied, and the vane passed 100h turbojet test run.
