预污染处理碳钢的大气腐蚀研究

摘    要:通过对北京和江津曝晒站3个钢种的样品大气腐蚀数据的分析,发现曝晒一年和两年的碳钢在江津地区的腐蚀速率均远远高于在北京的腐蚀速率;讨论了不同污染预处理条件和合金元素对碳钢大气腐蚀的影响.研究结果表明:不同污染预处理对3种碳钢后期腐蚀的影响有所差别,但差别不大,其中NO2预污染处理对这3种碳钢的影响最大.

Abstract:The atmospheric corrosion data measured at Beijing and Jiangjin exposure sites of three carbon steels are analyzed.The corrosion depth is calculated.It is concluded that the corrosion rates of carbon steels at Jiangjin site are much greater than that at Beijing site for the same exposure period.The effect of different pretreatments on the atmospheric corrosion of carbon steels is comparatively examined.The results show that the pretreatments have made some differences to the three carbon steels,but the differences are small.Among the pretreatments,the effect of NO 2 is the most obvious; With any of the pretreatments,the corrosion of the three carbon steels gradually decreases with the increase of exposure time by the exposure test at the two sites.
