减速器行星齿轮的优化设计

摘    要:在行星齿轮减速器的物理模型上,建立了以体积最小为目标要求作为约束条件的优化设计模型,探讨了利用网格法求解定传动比条件下的行星齿轮传动参数的优化设计问题,以及减速器行星齿轮的相关应用,在工程中具有重要的实用价值.

Abstract:This article established optimal design in Planetary gear Volume reducer in the physical model,a minimum volume requirements as a constraint condition had been built to explore the use of fixed grid method under the condition of the transmission ratio of the planetary gear,in order to get the optimal design parameters,as well as the the related applications of deceleration planetary gear device,the project has an important value in practice.
