硼元素对WC-10%Co硬质合金性能影响研究

摘    要:研究了B元素对WC-10%Co硬质合金组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,B元素的加入改善合金中粘接相的分布均匀性,形成高硬度的W-Co-B三元"伪η"相,并使WC圆化;当w(B)=0.01%时,整体力学性能最好,合金强度、硬度得到一定程度的提高。

Abstract:Influence of B to the micmstmcture and mechanical properties of WC-10%Co was studied, The results show that when B was added, the distribution of binder phase was more homogeneous, W-Co-B ternary compounds "as-eta" phase with high hardness formed and WC particles became more spheroidal. The best mechanical properties were gained when 0.01% of B was added . Compared to WC-10%Co, WC-10%Co-0.01%B has higher strength, higher hardness.
