脉冲高压电源的控制与分析

摘    要:为解决环流器二号(HL-2A)装置的脉冲高压电源输出在投入负载速调管时存在的电压跌落和前级电源在其它负荷发生变化时其输出电压也会变化的问题,利用MATLAB数字仿真试验后对该电源系统采用了PID反馈控制与前馈补偿策略。仿真与实际应用结果均表明,该控制策略能很好地满足该电源电压稳定性的要求。

Abstract:To meet this requirement,an existing high voltage(HV) power supply based on ac voltage regulating is modified and reconstructed.Correspondingly,a whole new control system is developed to adapt the new HV power supply.There are two identical modules in the main circuit.Each module consists of a voltage regulator which is fed by one Y output of 125MVA M-G set via a step-down transformer,a three phase step-up transformer and a diode rectifier bridge.The two modules can be connected either in series or in parallel on dc side,thus the twelve pulse output voltage can be obtained.An inductor and a capacitor are also connected to the output rectifier as a filter.Between the HV power supply and the load there is a valve which is used as a high-voltage switch.The analysis of the behavior of the circuits is very important for control system.However it is difficult to calculate such a complicated converter circuit with its numerous energy storage elements and non-linear elements.The output voltage of the pulse high voltage power supply of the low hybrid heating system for the HL-2A Tokamak will decline to a certain extent as the load of the klystrons is connected to it,and it will also change while the other loads of its preceding power supply of 125MVA M-G set change.So,the simulation of the power supply is carried out by using MATLAB code on digital computer.According to the simulation,the feed-forward control method is used to compensate the output voltage drops when the load is switched on.A strategy of PID feedback control is also used for regulating the output voltage rapidly.After a simulation using MATLAB,a strategy of PID feedback control and feed-forward compensation is used for this power supply system.The experiment results shows that the strategy designed according to the simulation can meet the requirements of the voltage stability of the power supply very well.
