摘    要:给出了三维声电光效应的耦合波方程,推出了其衍射效率的计算公式;讨论了KDP三维正常声电光器件的设计方法,包括晶体切向结构和换能器尺寸的设计;制作了KDP三维正常声电光器件,测试了器件相对衍射效率随直流电压变化的实验曲线,测试结果与理论计算相符合。多维声电光器件在多通道光信号处理和多路光通信领域有广泛应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper a coupled wave equation of three-dimensional (3-D) acousto-electro-optic (AEO) effect is given. The formula of diffraction efficiency of the effect is derived. Design method, including cut direction of the crystal and size of the transducer,is also discussed. A 3-D isotropic AEO device is designed and made by KDP crystal.Experiment curves of relative diffraction efficiency versus direct current (DC) voltage are shown.Measured results agree with theoretical calculation.Multi-dimensional AEO devices have applications in multi-channel optic signal processing and optic communication.
