| 摘 要： | 影响施工项目成本控制的原因主要是企业管理水平不高、缺乏对项目成本控制的精细化管理,企业内部机制缺乏协调性,对来自企业外部影响施工项目的成本风险预测不够,要想解决这些问题,必须从企业内部的经营思想、管理水平、运行机制、信息化建设等方面入手,全力倡导和实施效益为先,成本控制为要的经营策略.

| Abstract: | Those factors that affect cost control of constructing project include low management level,lack of specified management,short of coordination in-house and under-estimation of external cost risk which will affect construction project.To solve these problems,we should begin with the in-house operation spirit,management level,running system and informationization,etc and follow and carry out the operating profit first and cost control focused strategy. |
