X65管线钢的生产实践

摘    要:从成分设计、生产工艺流程、金相组织与性能等方面论述了安阳钢铁公司150 t转炉-3 500 mm炉卷轧机生产X65管线钢的特点,结果表明采用低碳-锰-铌-无钼低成本成分体系、夹杂物控制技术和TMCP工艺生产的X65管线钢性能优良,基本满足了X70管线钢的要求.

Abstract:The present paper discourse upon the productive features of X65 pipeline steel produced by the 150 ton converter-3500 mm Steckel mill in Anyang Iron and steel Co.Ltd.,such as composition designing,technological process flow,metallurgical structure and performances and so on and results show that the properties of X65 pipeline steel produced by adoption of the low cost composition system bearing lower carbon-manganese-niobium and molybdenum free as well as by implementation of the inclusion control technolog...
