| 摘 要： | 文章论述了目前国内职业院校多元化的校企合作模式,指出目前职业院校校企合作存在的问题,提出了职业院校校企合作人才培养模式应在利益驱动、成效展示、组织制度、激励机制等几个方面进行保障,并提出三种推进校企合作的有效的校企合作模式。
