LiNbO_3光波导的退火特性研究

摘    要:LiNbO3晶体材料是一种具有优良电光特性的光学材料,可以制作集成光波导器件,因此在光通信领域得到了广泛的应用。文章在LiNbO3光波导的结构特性方面,实验研究了退火质子交换波导和LiNbO3衬底的X射线衍射谱,分析计算了交换波导层的应变信息。

Abstract:Lithium niobate is kind of electro-optical material.Optical waveguides produced by the proton-exchanged lithium niobate crystals have been used to fabricate many electrooptic devices which are potentially useful for communication.In this paper,we will investigate the characteristics of the LiNbO3 optical waveguides.On the crystal phase structure of the Li1-xHxNbO3,the proton exchange waveguides and the annealing proton exchange waveguides and the pure LiNbO3 are studied by X-ray diffraction spectrum and inf...
