| 摘 要： | 通过调查发现,河南省参与户外运动的人群健康状况良好,多为年轻人,男女比例约为4:3。收入在2000元左右并成立家庭的居多。放松心情、强身健体、亲近自然是他们的主要目的。会员参加户外运动受伤情况较轻。但是,他们接受户外运动的培训较少,应引起足够的重视。
