河南省残疾人参与体育锻炼现状调查与分析

通过访问调查、问卷调查,对河南省残疾人参与体育锻炼现状进行了研究。从调查结果分析,情况不容乐观:残疾人的生活状态相对单一,大多数残疾人长期待在家中。体育锻炼在残疾人心目中占有重要位置,反映出残疾人对体育的需求,对健康的渴望。残疾人参与体育动机是明确的、积极的、高涨的。但目前河南省残疾人体育锻炼方式单一,锻炼形式仍处于自发的、松散的、无序的状态。

The Current Situation Investigation of Disabled Peope Participate in Physical Training in Henan

This study do a feasibility study on the disabled taking part in physical exercise in henan province by interview survey and questionnaire survey.seen from the survey results,the situation is not optimistic： the disabled＇s animation is single relatively for most of the disabled stay at home in long term,and rarely participate in social activities.Physical exercise has been occupied an important position in the disabled＇s mind,and it＇s reflects on the disabled＇s need for phyical training and their desire for life.The motivation which the disabled to participate in sport is clear,positive,rising.But in henan the disabled＇s physical training is a single pattern now,and still in a state of loose,spontaneous,and disorder.
