| 摘 要： | 介绍了非油炸方便面生产线的组成和生产工艺流程,分析了各生产工艺的要求,并针对各工艺的要求结合触摸屏、西门子PLC和变频器给出设计方案,设计出了和面控制系统、同步控制系统、蒸箱温度控制系统等子系统,并用触摸屏实时监控各子系统的运行状况;目的是为非油炸方便面生产线的改良和技术革新提供参考依据。经实践证明:系统运行稳定、节能效果明显、提高了生产效率。
