| 摘 要： | 本文研究了环丙沙星在不同浓度的乙醇－水溶液中的溶解与超溶解特性，得到了环丙沙星的结晶介稳区，同时探讨了体系ｐＨ值的影响，为进一步研究环丙沙星结晶过程和工业设计提供了一定的热力学基础。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the crystal-size distribution of ciprofloxacin, it is necessary to study the properties of the solution from which ciprofloxacin is crystallized. In this paper, saturate and supersaturate characters of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in alcohol aqueous solutions of different temperatures, pH values, and concentrations were investigated and analyzed by using laser detection technique. The width of crystallization metastable zone was also obtained. The solubility of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride increases with temperature and decreases with the increase of alcohol concentration, and the solubility is lowest at around pH 4.8, while its metastable zone width decreases with the increase of alcohol concentration, pH value and temperature. |
