| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者使用不同剂量氯吡格雷治疗的疗效及近期预后。方法所有临床确定为NSTEMI患者随机分为治疗组(n=80)和对照组(n=78),治疗组用常规治疗加首次负荷剂量氯吡格雷300mg口服,随后2周每天150mg,之后每天口服75mg,对照组用常规治疗加氯吡格雷每天口服75mg,比较2组的疗效及近期预后。结果治疗组死亡、再梗死、中风、再发心绞痛、需要血运重建等联合终点事件治疗组与对照组分别为22.5%与41%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组发生出血并发症比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予负荷剂量且短期较大剂量使用氯吡格雷治疗NSTEMI具有更好的疗效且安全,能改善NSTEMI患者的近期预后。
