摘    要:采用低C高Nb设计X70管线钢高温轧制工艺(HTP),对轧后X70管线钢的组织和性能进行分析。结果表明:采用高温轧制工艺和加速冷却条件下生产的X70管线钢完全能够符合现行技术标准要求,大大降低了生产成本,有助于提升管线钢产品的市场竞争力。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel plate with low-content of carbon, high-content of niobium were analyzed by high-temperature rolling processing (HTP). The results show that X70 pipeline steel plate produced by HTP and on the condition of accelerating cooling can all satisfy the requirements of prevailing applicable technical standard, the operation costs considerably reduce, and thus pipelines made in this way is more competitive.
