摘    要:以NaCl-KCl熔盐法制备了各向异性的Bi4Ti3O12粉体,研究了w(Bi2O3过量)对粉体的影响,优化了制备Bi4Ti3O12粉体的工艺参数。结果表明:w(Bi2O3过量)为7.5%,1100℃烧结2h所得到的Bi4Ti3O12粉体微观形貌最佳,并探讨了Bi4Ti3O12粉体在熔盐中的生长机理。

Abstract:Bi4Ti3O12 powder with anisotropy was prepared by NaCl-KCl molten salt method. The influence of excessive Bi2O3 on Bi4Ti3O12 powder was investigated. Optimized were the technical parameters. The results show that Bi4Ti3O12 powder with the best microstructure is obtained when w(excessive Bi2O3)is 7.5%, and sintering at 1 100 ℃ for 2 hours. Discussed was the growth mechanism of Bi4Ti3O12 in molten salt.
