摘    要:将动态(Dynamics,以下用Dyn表示)测度有关概念引入电能质量研究领域以分析各种扰动信号。提出一种高效的Dyn测度算法,该算法能够准确检测信号的所有极值点,并计算其Dyn测度。通过分析扰动信号极值点的Dyn测度,发现扰动信号畸变点的Dyn测度与信号峰,谷点的Dyn测度差别较大,根据二者差异可以有效识别信号的畸变点。基于此提出了一种新的扰动检测方法。应用新方法对多种实测和仿真扰动信号进行检测,结果表明提出的新方法是正确的、有效的。

Abstract:The concept of the Dynamics is first introduced to the domain of power quality to analyze the disturbance signals in the paper. An efficient algorithm is presented to detect theextrema and compute the dynamics of them. Through analyzing the waveform of power quality disturbance signals, it is found that the Dynamics of distortion point is great different from theDynamics of the peak or valley of the signal, by which thedistortion point can be detected easily. Hence a new power quality disturbance detection approach based on the Dynamics issuggested. The approach is then tested by several simulation and real voltage disturbance signals. The test results prove itscorrection and effectiveness.
