| 摘 要： | 由于中国软件企业越来越注意软件开发和管理的规范化，CMM(the Capability Maturity Model for Software)逐步为广大中国企业所知。如何实现基于CMM的软件过程改进成为人们关注的焦点。首先介绍了CMM理论，随后重点讨论了实现基于cMM软件过程改进的方法，并给出了基于CMM的软件过程改进路径。

| Abstract: | In order to compete in the globalizated economic market, the IT industry of China pays more attention to increasing their software development efficiency and to improving their software process management capability. A method for software process improvement, the Capability Maturity Model for Software,is beginning to attract the attention of the peole. How to implement CMM-Based process improvement is focused by experts. This paper firstly introduces some basic concepts on CMM,later discusses implement CMM-Based process improvement,and is followed by the software process improvement approach based on CMM. |
