摘 要: | 万向节叉属于拨叉类零件,其成形难度大且成形质量要求高.建立宏微观耦合仿真模型,对万向节叉的正反挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,综合考虑了变形、热传导、变形生热、摩擦生热、动态再结晶等多个因素.分析整个变形过程发现,万向节叉反挤压变形提前于正挤压变形;同时发现万向节叉锻件内部有59.929%的区域完全改性,有4.794%的区域未发生动态再结晶暨没有获得锻造改性;预测了万向节叉内部晶粒大小及分布,微观方面的分析为预测锻件性能及设计热处理工艺提供依据.

Macro-micro Coupled Simulation of Positive and Negative Extrusion for Universal Joint Fork |

Abstract: | Universal joint fork is a type of dialing fork with high forming difficulty and high quality request. In view of formation, heat transferring, heating generation and dynamic recrystallization, a macro-micro coupled process was modeled, and the positive and negative extrusion for universal joint fork was simulated. The simulation results show that that negative extrusion happens earlier than positive extrusion; about 59.929% of the forging piece's volume is modified completely, while about 4.7944% is unmodified; furthermore, the grain size of dynamic recrystallization and its distribution are forecasted, the analysis about microstructure contributes to forecasting the mechanical property of forging piece and designing heat treatment process. |
