| 摘 要： | 军事装备维修外包以装备维修管理为中心,集成部队、承制方、器材供应商、装备维修承包商和其它伙伴按照不同的维修需求展开维修工作.过程可分为装备维修外包前、中、后3段.运作步骤则分为:装备维修外包分析、装备维修外包决策规划、装备维修外包设计、装备维修外包实施与执行,以及装备维修外包终止.

| Abstract: | The martial equipment maintenance outsourcing centers based on equipment maintenance management, integrated the army, the manufacturer, the spare part provider, the contractor and the other copartner to carry out maintenance work according to the different maintenance demand. This course may divide into three phases: the equipment maintenance outsourcing before, middle, after. The process consists of the equipment maintenance outsourcing analysis, decision-making layout, design, actualizing and implementing, terminating. |
