| 摘 要： | 本文以Ｂｏｗｅｒｓ等人提出的电流反馈型运放的宏模型为基础，构成了高性能的闭环缓冲器，并根据这个宏模型提出了一套自动生成方法。为了检验这种宏模型及其自动生成方法，用这种自动生成方法构造了几种宽带高速缓冲器，并在Ｓｐｉｃｅ上进行仿真，仿真结果与手册上给出的参数相一致。

| Abstract: | A high performance closed-loop buffer is designed based on a macro-model of current feedback operationalamplifier and the automatic generation for the buffer is devised. In order to test this macro--model and automatic generationmethod, several high performance buffer models are proposed, and the simulation results are in accordance with thespecifications of the datasheet quite well. |
