基于模糊神经网络的锅炉系统故障诊断研究

摘    要:在介绍人工神经网络的基本原理和基于神经网络的锅炉系统故障诊断原理的基础上,将模糊逻辑引入了神经网络,研究了集成的模糊神经网络在锅炉系统故障诊断方面的应用,并给出了锅炉样本的一个实例训练过程及测试结果,与传统的标准BP网络算法对比,证实了该方法在锅炉的故障诊断方面能够取得更好的效果。

Abstract:The fuzzy-logic is introduced into a neural network and the application of an integrated fuzzy neural network to a boiler system for its fault diagnosis is studied on the basis of the introduction to the basic principles of both, artificial neural network and fault diagnosis of a boiler system. An example of training progress and testing results about the sample of a boiler is given. It is proved that this integrated method can acquire a better result from the fault diagnosis for the boiler system through an error analysis compared with the conventional BP network.
