| 摘 要： | 对铅蓄电池的在线状态可靠性检测是铅蓄电池维护的关键技术。现在有三种检测方法,一是电导内阻检测法,就是用电导仪测量铅蓄电池的内阻,根据内阻的相对变化,对电池的性能做出判断。二是采用负载电压法,就是给被测电池施加足够大的负载,测量其负载能力CB值。三是用恒流放电的检测仪对铅蓄电池组进行放电,根据放出的容量判断电池是否合格。本文就三种检测仪的具体检测数据做以对比分析,结果表明负载电压的CB检测法优于其他两种方法。

| Abstract: | The reliability testing of the online status for lead-acid batteries,is the key technology for the battery maintenance.There are three kinds of testing methods.The first one is conductive resistance testing method.In this method,the internal resistance of lead-acid batteries is tested by conductivity apparatus,and according to the relative changes of internal resistance,the battery's performance is judged.The second one is load voltage method.By loading a large resistance,the CB value of the load is tested.... |
