锂离子电池铝集流体腐蚀的研究进

摘    要:铝集流体在电解液体系中容易发生腐蚀反应,造成电池的不可逆容量损失,甚至影响电池的安全性能.本文从铝集流体的性质、腐蚀机理及腐蚀的影响因素几个方面分析了铝集流体的腐蚀行为,并进一步讨论了抑制铝集流体腐蚀的主要方法.

Abstract:Aluminum had been used as a current collector for Li-ion battery,but the corrosion of the aluminum might take place in the electrolyte of Li-ion battery,and cause irreversible capacity and safety problem.The characteristic of the aluminum,the mechanism and the effect factors of aluminum corrosion were analyzed.The methods for inhibiting aluminum corrosion were further introduced.
