摘    要:本文介绍了数控机床的螺距误差补偿原理和基于激光干涉仪的螺距误差测量系统,并且讨论了在螺距误差测量中所出现的问题和解决方案,最后介绍了螺距误差补偿的适用范围。

Abstract:This paper introduces a principle to compensate the screw pitch error processed in CNC machine tools, as well as a system to measure the screw pitch error based on laser interferometer. Apart from that, the problems and solutions which may be met in measuring the screw pitch error are also presented, and at last, the scope in which the compensation method can be used in discussed.
